Puppy Mill Bust in Elberta

Almost three months to the day of the Purple Hearted Puppies animal abuse case in Summerdale, another heart breaking discovery in Baldwin County. More than a dozen dogs have been seized from a puppy mill near Elberta.  Dozens more are still on the property tonight.
