Cats left for dead at Cove Reservoir

TWO elderly cats were cruelly dumped in carriers taped up in polythene and left to perish at Cove Reservoir. One of the creatures, a ginger cat who was around 14 years old, was near to death when the pair were eventually rescued and has since had to be put to sleep.
