Mystic attractions plan expansion

Two of Connecticut's major tourist attractions are planning expansion projects. The Day of New London reports ( http://bit.ly/JgbUAW ) that Mystic Aquarium and Mystic Seaport have each submitted building applications to the Stonington Planning and Zoning Commission.
