Fayetteville City Council discusses adopting same pet limits Cumberland County is considering

Revised animal-control rules, including new household dog limits, could be adopted this month in Fayetteville and Cumberland County, officials say. County Attorney Rick Moorefield told the City Council on Monday night the county commissioners are expected to take up the revamped ordinance May 21.
